Return Process
If you need to return a package for any reason, please contact us at sac@orionlondon.com within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
Items must be in their original condition: unused, undamaged, with tags still attached, and in their original packaging.
Once you contact us, our customer service team will provide you with the return address and detailed instructions. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as the customer is responsible for the package until it reaches us. Please note that the cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.
Refunds
As soon as we receive your package, you will receive a confirmation email.
Refunds can take up to 14 business days to be processed.
All refunds are issued using the same payment method that was used to place the order.
